I took a little vacation in Paris last week, It's been 12 years since i've been there, it's still heavenly and romantic, the light is amazing, the food is great and culture is everywhere, I walked into every ally I could find, peeked through private and public court yards to discover hidden garden gems, ate in wonderful brasseries, sipped tea in hidden tea rooms and re visited museums and parks.
Here is a photo journal of my trip:

sneaking in to snap a shot of the gorgeous PAVILLON DE LA REINE Hotel on place Des Vosges
A beautiful shop in the Marais

A lovely chance discovery was this little tea room " 13- A Bakers Dozen" hidden away in a court yard ( we followed our nose , the smell of bake goods was heavenly) the little place is owned by a lovely American from Charleston! well worth a visit!
Some of the shopping I did, my favorite french soaps, Petite Lu and mandarine marmalade
