Policies

Every item we ship is handmade for you in our studio in Burlington Vermont, our typical turn around time is 5-7 days.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We want you to be excited about our products.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will honor returns within 10 days of delivery.
  • There are no returns on earrings or hair accessories due to hygiene issues, sorry.
  • Returns will be accepted in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt, the item must be in perfect unworn condition and in the original Gift box we provide.
  • Please carefully re-package and ship in a bubble mailer for protection 
  • Be sure to include a copy of your original order email in the package..or something with your name and what you would like us to do with your item (ie: return or exchange).
  • Please include your name inside the box, if there is no name it makes it very hard for us to solve the problem...
  • If your item arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging we will NOT issue you a refund, please make sure it's carefully packed.
  • Please send us an email with the tracking number so we know it's on the way: info@nestprettythings.com
  • If this is an exchange for another item please pop $5 into the package for the reshipping fee.

Domestic Shipping:

Please allow up 3-7 business days for all orders to ship from the time payment is received.

Standard Shipping for domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping, thank you for understanding.

International Orders:


First Class International Shipping for international orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Tracking information is not always provided. Delivery is generally 7-14 business days.
  • We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may need to pay
  • We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
  • Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
  • We do not mark packages as a gift.
