Super Easy Salmon Dinner Recipe

 You will need:

A fresh piece of Salmon  

Fresh herbs - I used Rosemary, Thyme & Tarragon from the garden and put the Basil, Green onion, Chives, Parsley and Wild Strawberries in the salad.

Coarse salt 

Freshly ground pepper

Good olive oil

A little soft butter




Drizzle a little olive oil on a big piece of aluminum foil (big enough to wrap the whole fish)

Drizzle the top with olive oil and pat with a little butter (you can eliminate the butter if you wish)

Sprinkle a tablespoon of coarse salt, grind some fresh pepper and cover with the mix of fresh herbs

Pull up the foil around the fish and fold the top creating a little tent (this will allow the fish to steam) 

Place on the top shelf in your pre heated oven ( 425F) 

Bake for 25 minutes and open the foil tent for 7 minutes before removing from the oven


Check the fish with a fork to see if it's fully cooked, if not give it a few more minutes.
